Beyond Borders is a service designed as a strategic consulting activity, complementary to our traditional litigation practice as lawyers, aimed at executives and human resources managers faced with the cross-border mobility of their teams. It is also aimed at French individuals planning to live abroad, as well as foreign individuals moving to France, either alone or with their families.

What we do?

For 25 years, we have built up technical expertise in resolving civil disputes arising from an individual's international mobility. This mobility may be the result of a professional or personal choice.

In both cases, the internationalization of legal rules complicates a person's mobility, as it automatically has consequences on: their personal and family situation, taxation, provisions in case of death, as well as their children and partners'.
